Caitlin Messerschmidt delivered her first leadership lessons not from a stage, but from a ship.

Before she became a keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and real estate investor, Caitlin was running high-pressure operations at sea, directing large teams responsible for delivering world-class entertainment experiences to thousands of guests at a time. She held leadership roles with some of the most recognized brands in hospitality and live entertainment, Cirque du Soleil, Princess Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, and Royal Caribbean Group. She wasn't just working in travel. She was directing the fun.

But it wasn't until she walked away from a prestigious role she had just excelled in, choosing alignment over applause, that she truly stepped into her voice and her purpose.

That bold decision to go work at sea, sparked everything that followed. Caitlin went on to launch a real estate investing portfolio rooted in her hospitality-first philosophy, and publish her 1st book Directing the Fun, a behind-the-scenes look at leadership, pressure, and personal growth from her decade working at sea.
